Amelia is very passionate when it comes to people development, organisation culture and business growth.
She has been working as a Human Capital expert with 20+ years of experience working for Human Capital Consulting. Her passion is to support people grow and maximize their potential.
She has vast experience in managerial and leadership roles. Since 1999 she has been an active facilitator for various training programs and really enjoy coaching people in individual and group sessions.
She is a highly committed and organized person, always striving to meet her customers' needs and expectations. Being a lifelong learner, she continuously develop herself leveraging on various resources and methods.
As the Founder and CEO of Sinergia Group Indonesia, she has developed a coaching program based on #ARTmazing method and has written several books on various topics. She is also the Country Lead for Points of You Indonesia.

It's based on the word GRIT : Guts, Resilience, Initiative and Tenacity. Studies have shown that this is the most important characteristic for people who are successful in what they do. Instead of stopping at the level of 'having' the grit, we want people to 'be' the grit, the embodiment of the characteristic themselves.
How does bGrit help people to transform?
bGrit team is committed to provide fresh alternatives to keep people engaged in their learning journey. This is a fundamental aspect for positive transformation. We created Gritty Bee and Cheeky Bee as AI learning buddies, easily accessible for people to lower the barrier for learning.
Is Gritty Bee using Artificial Intelligence (AI)?
Yes, some part of it. We leverage on the cutting-edge Generative AI from OpenAI that took the world by storm in the early 2023. We also combined the AI with our own proprietary learning flow that are keep being improved for users benefit.
Why using chat as the main channel?
The world has been changing since the early day of internet access for us. And in the recent years, mobile chat has been the most prolific means for us to communicate with each other and in the process also learn about various topics. We want to take this learning channel to the next level.
